Prvá teplárenská and Bytový podnik Myjava companies have been active as real estate managers and energy producers and distributors for decades. They have now decided to change the organisational structure to streamline the management of individual activities in these companies. That’s why they have decided to separate the activities into two segments – individual real estate management and individual power industry related activities. The original companies Prvá teplárenská and Bytový podnik Myjava retain control over the real estate management. Activities related to power industry are transferred to the sister companies PT ENERGIE and BPM ENERGIE.
Changes will affect the organisational structures and personnel of these companies. The objective is to unify the management and leverage the expertise of employees in individual areas for these companies.
Considering these changes, it’s important for the employees in Holíč and Myjava to know each other personally in order to streamline communication between the companies. That’s why management of these companies organised a team building for all employees on 9 September 2024 in Stará Myjava at a gamekeeper’s chalet. In spite of the rainy weather, colleagues went hiking in the surrounding woods and scaled a ski slope. Afterwards, in the warmth of the chalet, new colleagues were introduced and a generous lunch and refreshments served. Colleagues had fun with karaoke and aerobic, while leading long discussions about both business and leisure topics until late afternoon.
